The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of the Nature Fury website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Nature Fury reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Typographical Errors

Nature Fury makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on this site is accurate, but we take no responsibility for faulty, outdated, or otherwise inaccurate information on this site including pricing, product editorials, product specifications, product pictures and availability. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Nature Fury shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nature Fury shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Nature Fury shall attempt to immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Service and Support

All requests for technical assistance or support should be made directly to the manufacturer. NatureFury does not offer any technical assistance.

Ordering

NatureFury takes no responsibility for inaccurate order information (credit card number, shipping address, shipping method, order total, etc.). The customer will be responsible for checking the accuracy of the order information before submitting the order. Note that orders cannot be changed or modified once the order have reached our warehouse for shipment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returns and Warranties

All products are warranted for replacement or refund for 30 days from the invoice date except for CPU, memory, and refurbished products. CPU, memory, and refurbished products are warranted for 7 days from the invoice date. After this period, all products must be handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer"s warranty.

Please note that the Warranty is VOID for any products with evidence of physical damage (dented casing, missing or bent pins, burn damage, cracked, chipped packaging, etc.).

Due to manufacturer policies, all packaged items with plastic clamshells, shrink wrap, special seals, or other types of packaging that sustains damage when opened are NON-RETURNABLE if the packaging has been OPENED.

ALL returns require an RMA number and there will be a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All of our packages are insured. If a package is deemed lost by UPS, then we will refund or replace the package. However we must be notified of the lost package(s) within 14 days of the invoice date to be able to file a lost package claim. After this period, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

Packages will be delivered to the specified address listed by the customer. Please understand that Nature Fury cannot control who the recipient of the package will be. We are not responsible for stolen packages that stolen by family members, roommates, friends or any other residents of the household. Proof of dispatch of merchandise will bind the customer.

No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without Nature Fury’s prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate trademark, copyright, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability for Products

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Nature Fury Inc. arising from any product sold on its website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall NatureFury, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Nature Fury shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Nature Fury sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Macomb County (state of Michigan).

Pre-configured Computer Systems

All pricing, shipping, and configuration information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications and amounts, including tax and shipping charges, will be communicated following receipt of your online order. Nature Fury will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information. Products displayed are available to US customers who take delivery in the 50 United States.

The estimated time it takes to process your order and custom build your computer based on approved credit card purchase is about 7 working days. This may vary based upon the payment method you choose and other factors. After a shipment is built, tested, and checked, it is release to the shipping courier you have specified. The duration of the date may vary depending on your shipping selection. Once the system is released for shipment, we will provide the courier"s tracking number (if this is made available by the courier).

Please note that this Microsoft software product may use technological measures for copy protection. In such event, you will not be able to use the product if you do not comply with the product activation or reactivation procedures, which may be completed by Internet or telephone.

All sales of pre-config systems are final and are not refundable. The systems comes with a 30 days part and 1 year labor warranty. Please carefully note, Nature Fury will not refund any original shipping charges associated with returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned to Nature Fury and is responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
